I want silence!

I’m in love with the idea that Sound Designers can be NVH engineers, artists, marketing creatives, story-tellers, and composers in the same project.

  • Sound talks.

    Brand Sound DNA discussions help guide us through the discovery path. What elements inspire you or the customer? What songs are in their/your playlist? What core beliefs do you/they hold true? What can the driver feel before, while, and after driving? What sounds are you already making with intention?

  • Sound discovery.

    This is where we discover some specific sounds which are congruent with some or all elements of your genetic material. Sometimes it’s paying tribute to IC engines by using recorded data, synthesized data from models, or its some other genetic sound material. I do not want to just make sounds that any nerd with a synth can make; I want to take your existing sound DNA and electrify it.

  • Prototyping

    Now we can make it interactive. Its awful to create amazing sounds in a sterile environment, with no motion connection to the body. You should feel these sounds.

    QNX LiveAMP is one of those tools I like to use for this purpose.
